Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta (PTKIS) secara kualitas dan instrumentasi pendidikannya masih jauh dari harapan. PTKIS haruslah menyiapkan perangkat kompetitif sehingga ke depan memiliki good governonce. Sistem pendidikan tinggi yang unggul berkompetisi tanpa kehilangan Islamic morality character sebagai dasar aplikasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh balanced scorecard terhadap kinerja PTKIS di Sukabumi yang berfokus pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah dosen PTKIS di wilayah Sukabumi. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sebanyak 44 responden. Instrument pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS v.16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Penerapan Balance scorecard pada PTKIS Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PTKIS di Sukabumi. Hasil uji hipotesis nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,365 > 2,325 dan nilai signifikasi 0,05 (0,00< 0,05), dengan nilai koefisien diterminasi sebesar 31,12.
