Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang perkembangan filsafat syariah sebagai upaya memahami nilai-nilai ajaran Islam secara fundamental untuk dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Perkembangan filsafat syariah tentu diharapkan dapat mengubah prilaku umat Islam agar sejalan dengan nilai-nilai hakiki dari agama Islam. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode lieteratur yaitu metode analisis isi yang memfokuskan pada kajian-kajian literatur yang relevan dengan judul atau tema penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa  filsafat hukum Islam ialah filsafat yang diterapkan pada hukum Islam. Ia merupakan filsafat khusus dan objeknya adalah hukum Islam.
