This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the RAMAH Model as a framework for internalizing the moral value of politeness in the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program at the elementary school level. The model was developed to address the need for a systematic instructional framework that promotes students' polite behavior by integrating the values of Respect, Affability, Moderation, Courtesy, and Humanism into classroom learning and school culture. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach adapted from Borg and Gall, consisting of a preliminary study, hypothetical model development, expert validation, revision, limited field testing, extensive field testing, and final model development. The research was conducted in several elementary schools implementing the Child-Friendly School Program in Purwakarta Regency, Indonesia, involving Islamic Religious Education teachers, principals, Child-Friendly School Working Group coordinators, and students. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and pretest-posttest assessments, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test, and normalized gain (N-Gain). The findings indicate that the RAMAH Model is valid, practical, and effective. Students' mean scores on the internalization of moral politeness increased from 83.98 to 106.34 (t = 49.437, p < 0.001; N-Gain = 0.616). These findings demonstrate that the RAMAH Model effectively strengthens the internalization of moral politeness while supporting the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program in elementary schools.
